• Must have bachelor’s degree in social, behavior or human services field from an accredited university
• Must have valid TX driver’s license and be insurable

Job purpose:

• Provides Case Management/Rehab services to individuals served
• Training consumers in skills that will help further their independent functioning in the community
• Will provide crisis intervention services to individuals with mental illness
• Will be part of the on-call crisis rotation
