PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
COUNTIES OF BAILEY, BRISCOE, CASTRO, FLOYD, HALE, LAMB, MOTLEY, PARMER AND SWISHER
SUBJECT TO REVISION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Central Plains Center will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.
Agenda items may be considered, deliberated and/or acted upon in a different order than numbered below. The Board of Trustees of Central Plains Center reserves the right to adjourn into Executive (Closed) Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the items listed on this agenda as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act. No final action will be taken in Executive Session.
At any time during the course of this meeting, the Board may retire to Executive Session under Texas Government Code, Section 551.071(2) to confer with its legal counsel on any subject matter in this agenda in which the duty of the Center’s attorney to the Center’s Board of Trustees under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. At any time during the course of this meeting, the Board of Trustees may retire to Executive Session to deliberate on any subject slated for discussion at this meeting, as may be permitted under one or more of the exceptions to the Open Meetings Act set forth in Title 5, Subtitle A. Chapter 551, Subchapter D of the Texas Government Code.
