One is an individual has an Intelligent Quotient is between 70-75 or below. Second, the individual has significant limitations in adaptive behaviors and lastly, the onset of this disability occurred before the age of 18. Central Plains Center provides comprehensive services both in homes and at our facilities. We believe it is possible for people with an Intellectual Disability to live a quality life outside of institutions, in their own homes, or with their families. Our job is to provide the support needed to make this a reality.
