ID Services

Central Plains Center services for individuals with an Intellectual Disability are provided at and out of our location at 208 South Broadway in Plainview, Texas. Some services include day habilitation, individualized skills and socialization, employment assistance and supported employment, community support services and respite. Additionally, Central Plains Center provides two Medicaid Waiver programs: Home and Community Based services that offers an array of services including residential services, Texas Home Living program that offers services in consumers’ homes and in the community.
